Smithfield Spirals Preglazed Hickory Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham

Instructions

Heat oven to 325°F. Remove all packaging materials and place ham on wire rack in shallow roasting pan, FLAT SIDE DOWN. Add 1/2 inch of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for approximately 14-16 minutes per pound or until it reaches an internal temperature of 120°F. Remove ham from oven and enjoy!

For Smithfield hams sold with glaze packet, glazing instructions are as follows: Remove ham from oven. Massage glaze packet with your hands to evenly distribute ingredients. Cut one corner off glaze packet and squeeze glaze evenly over top of ham. If desired, use knife to spread glaze between slices. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
