BBQ SAUCE [WATER, SUGAR, TOMATO PASTE, SALT, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, MUSTARD (WATER, VINEGAR, MUSTARD BRAN, SALT), DISTILLED VINEGAR, NATURAL HICKORY SMOKE FLAVOR, TAMARIND, SPICES, SODIUM BENZOATE AND POTASSIUM SORBATE (PRESERVATIVES), CARAMEL COLOR, GARLIC POWDER, ONION POWDER, PAPRIKA, MALIC ACID, TOMATO POWDER, CITRIC ACID].
Instructions
These ribs are fully cooked and safe to consume. For fall-off-the-bone ribs reheat to internal temperature of 200° Fahrenheit. Always lay your ribs meat side up when warming.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Using heavy duty foil, or two pieces, wrap the sauced rib in the foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 min. Let stand for 5 min.
Grill: Warm grill to medium - low using all burners. Using heavy duty foil, or two pieces, wrap the sauced rib in the foil. With topside up on the grill, place wrapped ribs on your grill and cook for 25-30 minutes. If cooking two racks prepare as listed above, rotate front rib to the back and the back rib to the front of the grill after 12.5 minutes and continue cooking for the total time of 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
