Barbecue sauce

Directions


  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and brown chops about 1 minute on each side.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to pan, stirring to blend.

  3. Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145ºF, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
