  • 4 Smithfield Bone-In Pork Chops (3/4' thick)4
  • 1 Tsp. Vegetable oil1 Tsp.
  • 1/4 cup(s) Italian dressing1/4 cup(s)
  • 1/4 cup(s) Barbecue sauce1/4 cup(s)

Instructions


  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and brown chops about 1 minute on each side.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to pan, stirring to blend.

  3. Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145ºF, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
