- 1 Smithfield Anytime Favorites Hardwood Smoked Bone In Ham Steak, cut into 4 equal pieces1
- 4 Eggs, sunny-side up4
- 4 (large) tostadas4
- 1/4 cup(s) Black beans, drained, rinsed, mashed, warmed1/4 cup(s)
- 1/4 cup(s) Spicy salsa, chunky1/4 cup(s)
- 1 whole Avocado, peeled, cored, sliced1 whole
- 4 Tsp. Queso fresco4 Tsp.
- Cilantro, as a garnish
Instructions
In a 10” nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook ham for 2 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
To serve, spread each tostada with 1 tablespoon warmed mashed black beans. Layer with ham steak, sunny-side egg, salsa, sliced avocado and queso fresco.
