Directions
In a 10” nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook ham for 2 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
To serve, spread each tostada with 1 tablespoon warmed mashed black beans. Layer with ham steak, sunny-side egg, salsa, sliced avocado and queso fresco.
