Heat a large heavy pan over medium-high heat
Sear the chops for 5 minutes per side and remove to a plate. Reserve
In the same pan, add the peppers, onion, fennel, garlic, and crushed red pepper and sauté until softened
Deglaze the pan with the wine, add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, and the chops and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees
Stir in the basil, transfer to a platter, and serve immediately
