In a medium-sized pot, boil pasta in salted water until firm but tender. Pour pasta into colander and rinse under cold water. Drain.
Blanch asparagus: Boil for 1 minute then place in ice bath to keep from cooking.
While pasta is cooking, add Anytime Favorites ham, asparagus, carrots, peas, and ground pepper into a large bowl. Add in drained pasta. Gently fold to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, honey, ground pepper, and a pinch of salt. Gradually whisk in the oil until dressing is smooth and thick.
Pour dressing over pasta salad and fold together.
Garnish with dill.
Allow to chill for two hours before serving.
