- 5 Slices Smithfield Bacon Lover’s Double Thick Double Smoked Bacon5 Slices
- 4-6 oz Your Favorite Vodka4-6 oz
- 8 oz Mason Jar8 oz
Place five slices of well-cooked bacon in a mason jar
Fill the jar with vodka
Allow the mix to infuse overnight at room temperature
After infusing, strain any bacon grease from vodka by pouring liquid through a cheesecloth or coffee filter into another container. Then, transfer mixture back into mason jar and store in the fridge for up to one week.
