Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground pork1 lb.
- 1 whole Medium onion, diced1 whole
- 1 Tsp. Ground cumin1 Tsp.
- 2 Tsp. Chili powder2 Tsp.
- 15 oz. White beans drained15 oz.
- 14 oz. Corn, drained14 oz.
- 14 1/2 oz. Chicken broth14 1/2 oz.
- 4 oz. Diced green chilies4 oz.
Instructions
In large saucepan brown pork with onion stir in cumin and chili powder; stir well.
Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until heated through and flavors are blended.
