Smithfield ensures the highest quality hickory bacon product by hand-selecting and hand-trimming the finest cuts of pork. Pair this hickory smoked bacon with lettuce and tomato for a tasty BLT, add a few slices to hamburgers or turkey burgers, use as a classic side with eggs and pancakes, or fry up a few slices and crumble into salads or casseroles. For food quality and safety, refrigerate or freeze Smithfield hickory smoked bacon until ready to use, and promptly refrigerate leftovers. Available in 24oz and 40oz.

Cured With: Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
Instructions
Stovetop: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat until browned and crisp, turning to brown evenly. Oven: Arrange bacon in single layer in shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 12 to 17 minutes until browned and crisp. Microwave: Arrange slices in single layer between paper towels in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high (100% Power) for 55 to 65 seconds per slice. If cooking more than 4 slice turn pan and rearrange slices halfway through cooking.
