Smithfield uses only the finest cuts of pork and hand-trims them to ensure only the highest quality bacon ends up on your plate. A thicker cut, all-natural hickory smoke and all-natural maple flavor combine to make this bacon all-delicious – perfect for pairing with pancakes, burgers or even – yeah, we said it – ice cream. For food quality and safety, refrigerate or freeze Smithfield Maple Thick Cut Bacon until ready to use, and promptly refrigerate leftovers. Available in 12oz.
Ingredients
Cured With: Water. Contains 2% or Less of: Maple Seasoning (Sugar, Maple Sugar, Natural Flavor), Salt, Brown Sugar, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Water, Glucose Syrup Solids, Ethyl Alcohol, Organic Invert Sugar Syrup, Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid, Maple Syrup, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
Instructions
Stovetop: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crisp, turning to brown evenly. Bake: Arrange bacon in single layer in shallow baking dish. Bake at 375°F. for 12 to 17 minutes until browned and crisp. Microwave: Arrange slices in single layer between paper towels in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 55 to 65 seconds per slice. If cooking more than 4 slices, turn pan and rearrange slices halfway through cooking.
