Each batch is cured to perfection and hand-selected to ensure quality and delicious taste with each bite. Smithfield bacon contains no MSG, artificial colors, or flavors. Enjoy as a classic breakfast side with pancakes and eggs, use it to top burgers, use it as a crispy ingredient in BLT sandwiches, or add some into pasta for a unique, savory flavor. Each package of thick-sliced hickory-smoked bacon is vacuum-packed for freshness when refrigerated. Available in 16oz and 12oz
Ingredients
Cured With: Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
Instructions
Stovetop: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat until browned and crisp, turning to brown evenly. Microwave: Arrange slices in single layer between paper towels in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high (100% power) for 55 to 65 seconds per slice. If cooking more than 4 slices, turn pan and rearrange slices halfway through cooking. Bake: Arrange bacon in single layer in shallow baking dish. Bake at 375ºF for 12 to 17 minutes until browned and crisp.
