Microwave: Place sausage pieces in circular fashion on microwave-safe plate. Add 2 tablespoons water. Cover with plastic wrap; poke 2 or 3 holes in plastic to vent. Microwave on High (100% power) 5 to 6 minutes. Turn sausage midway through cooking. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes before serving. Cooking times will vary depending on your microwave oven. Grill: Place sausage pieces on preheated grill over medium heat. Grill 14 to 17 minutes, turning frequently.
