Smithfield Spiral Sliced Crunchy Glaze Smoked Ham is naturally smoked with an added crunchy glaze packet for mouthwatering flavor, texture, and sweetness. This fully cooked ham is easy to heat up, cutting down on prep time and mess. This boneless ham comes spiral-sliced, making it easy to serve at large family gatherings or small family affairs. This smoked spiral ham comes packaged in airtight plastic to maximize freshness. Keep ham refrigerated.
Ingredients
Cured With: Water, Dextrose, Contains 2% or less of Potassium Lactate, Salt, Corn Syrup, Brown Sugar, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite. Glaze Packet: Ingredients: Sugar, Brown Sugar, Water. CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: Spices, Honey Powder (Maltodextrin, Honey, Silicon Dioxide), Modified Food Starch, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Gelatin, Natural Flavor (Natural Extractives of Cinnamon with Mono-, Di-, and Triglycerides, and Canola Oil), Natural Flavors, Citric Acid.
Instructions
Heat oven to 325°F. Remove all packaging materials and place ham on wire rack in shallow roasting pan, FLAT SIDE DOWN. Add 1/2 inch of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for approximately 14-16 minutes per pound or until it reaches an internal temperature of 120°F. Remove ham from oven and enjoy! If desired, glaze ham with following glazing instructions.
Glazing Instructions: Allow ham to stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove aluminum foil from pan. Massage the packet to gently blend the glaze. Cut one corner off the glaze packet and squeeze glaze evenly over the top of ham. If desired, use a knife or brush to spread glaze between slices. Allow glaze to melt into the ham before serving.
