Add a Southern twist to your table with Smithfield Spirals Pecan Praline Spiral Sliced Ham. This fully cooked, pre-sliced ham is glazed with a rich pecan praline blend that brings a warm, buttery sweetness to every bite. The perfect spiral for holidays, brunches, or any meal that calls for something special.
This Product contains tree nuts (pecans). Please use caution if serving to guests with nut allergies. Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to heat. Refrigerate leftovers promptly.
Ingredients
Cured With: Water, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Dextrose, Salt, Potassium Lactate, Corn Syrup, Sodium Phosphates, Brown Sugar, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite. Glaze Packet Ingredients: Corn Syrup, Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Molasses, Pecans, Contains 2% Or Less Of Each Of The Following: Dextrose, Isomalt, Salt, Caramel Color, Malic Acid, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Xanthan Gum. Contains: Treenuts.
Instructions
Heat oven to 325°F. Remove all packaging materials and place ham on wire rack in shallow roasting pan, FLAT SIDE DOWN. Add 1/2 inch of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for approximately 14-16 minutes per pound or until it reaches an internal temperature of 120°F. Remove ham from oven and enjoy! If desired, glaze ham with following glazing instructions.
Glazing Instructions: Allow ham to stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove aluminum foil from pan. Massage the packet to gently blend the glaze. Cut one corner off the glaze packet and squeeze glaze evenly over the top of ham. If desired, use a knife or brush to spread glaze between slices. Allow glaze to melt into the ham before serving.
