Refrigerated pie crust

Heavy cream

Salt
1/2 Tsp.

Freshly ground black pepper

Canned artichoke hearts, drained

Red bell pepper, sliced

Cherry tomatoes, quartered

Feta cheese, crumbled

Directions


  1. Place artichoke hearts, red pepper, and tomato on top of egg mixture.

  2. Arrange bacon on top of quiche.

  3. Sprinkle with feta and place in oven.

  4. Bake golden brown and quiche begins to puff, about 45 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh thyme.

  6. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
