Directions

Preheat oven to 325 ˚F.

Remove packaging from ham, including glaze packet.
3.
Place ham face down in large roasting pan.
4.
Scatter baby carrots around the ham.
5.
Add ½ inch of water to pan, then tightly cover pan with aluminum foil.

Cook ham for 14-16 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature is 120 ˚F. Total cook time will vary by weight.
7.
Remove ham from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before glazing.
8.
Gently massage glaze packet to blend. Cut one corner of the packet and squeeze evenly over top of ham. If desired, use a knife or brush to spread glaze between slices.
9.
Bejewel glazed ham with cooked bacon pieces and allow glaze to melt before serving.
