Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 400 ˚F. Place a baking rack on top
of a large baking sheet.
2.
Thread each slice of bacon onto a skewer; place skewered bacon on the baking rack.
3.
Bake bacon in the preheated oven until crisp; 12 to 17 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
4.
Double boil the chocolate chips by filling a small saucepan with water then heat to a simmer.
5.
Add a stainless-steel mixing bowl of chocolate chips over the water. Bring to a simmer and stir the chocolate until it melts.
6.
Dip each slice of bacon into the chocolate mixture.
7.
Place coated bacon on a wire rack and refrigerate for 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
