Gather Ingredients from the list below 12 oz. Hard cider 8 oz. Apple cider 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. Chili powder 2 Guajillo chiles, seeded and stemmed 2 cloves Fresh garlic, peeled 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce

Directions

Heat a grill to medium high heat.

Whisk together the ciders, vinegar, chili powder, chiles, garlic and chili sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce by about half.

Strain the glaze and reserve.
4.
Once the cider glaze is strained, grill the chops for about 4 minutes on one side.
5.
Flip and baste with the glaze and cook for about 4 minutes.
6.
Flip the chops again and baste the other side.
7.
Repeat this process 4-5 times, or until the chops are cooked and the glaze is caramelized.
8.
Serve the chops immediately with some of the glaze on the side.
