Heat a grill to medium high heat
Whisk together the ciders, vinegar, chili powder, chiles, garlic and chili sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce by about half
Strain the glaze and reserve
Once the cider glaze is strained, grill the chops for about 4 minutes on one side
Flip and baste with the glaze and cook for about 4 minutes
Flip the chops again and baste the other side
Repeat this process 4-5 times, or until the chops are cooked and the glaze is caramelized
Serve the chops immediately with some of the glaze on the side
