Ingredients
- 1 Applewood Smoked Bacon Marinated Pork Loin Filet, cut into 6 chops 1
- 12 ounces Hard cider 12 ounces
- 8 ounces Apple cider8 ounces
- 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar1/2 cup
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder 1 tablespoon
- 2 Guajillo chiles, seeded and stemmed2
- 2 cloves Fresh garlic, peeled 2 cloves
- 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce1/2 cup
Instructions
Heat a grill to medium high heat
Whisk together the ciders, vinegar, chili powder, chiles, garlic and chili sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce by about half
Strain the glaze and reserve
Once the cider glaze is strained, grill the chops for about 4 minutes on one side
Flip and baste with the glaze and cook for about 4 minutes
Flip the chops again and baste the other side
Repeat this process 4-5 times, or until the chops are cooked and the glaze is caramelized
Serve the chops immediately with some of the glaze on the side
