  • 2 cup(s) Smithfield Anytime Favorites Maple Boneless Ham Steak, diced2 cup(s)
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) Water1 1/4 cup(s)
  • 1 cup(s) Israeli couscous1 cup(s)
  • 1/2 cup(s) Dried cranberries, chopped1/2 cup(s)
  • 1/2 cup(s) Almonds, toasted1/2 cup(s)
  • 1/4 cup(s) Green onions, sliced1/4 cup(s)
  • 1/4 cup(s) Italian dressing1/4 cup(s)

Instructions


  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add couscous, cover, simmer for 8–10 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed.

  3. Transfer the couscous to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.

  4. In a large bowl, mix couscous, ham, dried cranberries, toasted almonds, green onions.

  5. Drizzle with Italian dressing; toss to coat.
