1 lb. Prime Fresh Smoked Ham
Directions

Preheat the oven to 450ºF.

Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard evenly over the pork loin, then season with salt and pepper.

Place the pork on a rack in a shallow roasting pan and roast for about 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 150ºF.

Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing it thinly.
5.
While the pork rests, slice the hoagie rolls in half horizontally and spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the inside of both halves.

Assemble the sandwiches by layering sliced roast pork, sliced ham, the remaining 4 tablespoons of mustard, pickles, and Swiss cheese.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat it with 1 tablespoon of butter.

Cook the sandwiches in the skillet until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, or use a sandwich press if preferred.
9.
Slice the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve warm.
