Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a large bowl, combine the ham, beans, onion, and 3/4 of the cheese
Prepare a 9”x11” baking dish by covering the bottom with 1/4 of the green enchilada sauce
Place some of the ham mixture on each of the tortillas, and wrap them, leaving the ends open and place in the pan with sides touching
Top half of the enchiladas with the remaining green sauce, the other half with the red, and top with the remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted
Serve warm
