Ingredients
Gather Ingredients from the list below 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons onion powder 1 tablespoon paprika 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup BBQ sauce 2 tablespoons mayo 2 tablespoons calabrian chili paste 2 garlic cloves, pressed 1/2 cup chicken broth Large disposable aluminum pan & aluminum foil
Gather Ingredients from the list below
Spice Rub
1 rack Fresh Pork Spareribs
Rib Sauce
Directions
1.
Preheat your grill to 275°.
2.
Prepare your spare ribs by taking them out of the package and removing the silver skin.
3.
Prepare your spice rub by combining all of the dry spices in a small bowl. Mix until well combined then rub both sides generously with the dry spice rub.
4.
Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth to an aluminum pan, followed by the rack of spare ribs meat side down. Cover tightly with aluminum foil to keep the juices in.
5.
Grill at 275° for 2 hours. While these are cooking, prepare your sauce by combining all of the wet ingredients, plus the pressed garlic cloves. Mix well.
6.
After 2 hours, remove the aluminum foil, brush the sauce on both sides of the ribs, cover the pan once more with aluminum foil, then let them grill for an additional 30 minutes or until cooked through.
7.
Once grilled, allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes, then carefully cut in between each bone to separate the ribs, and enjoy!
