Directions

Heat a griddle over medium high heat.
2.
Split the donuts in half.
3.
Scramble the eggs, cheese, and chives together.
4.
Fry the ham slices on the griddle, remove and keep warm.
5.
Toast the donuts on the griddle, cut side down, remove and keep warm.
6.
Cook the scrambled eggs on the griddle until just set.
7.
To assemble: place two slices of ham on the bottom half of each donut, top each with an even amount of egg mixture, top with the remaining donut halves.

Serve hot and enjoy!
