- 8 oz. Smithfield Sausage, cooked and crumbled8 oz.
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or margarine1 Tbsp.
- 8 Eggs8
- 1 Tbsp. Milk1 Tbsp.
- 1/8 Tsp. Salt1/8 Tsp.
- 1/8 Tsp. Pepper1/8 Tsp.
Melt butter or margarine in skillet. Beat eggs in medium bowl until blended; stir in milk, salt and black pepper.
Pour egg mixture into skillet. Cook and stir until eggs are partially set. Stir in cooked and crumbled sausage. Continue to cook and stir until eggs are just set, but not dry.
