8 oz. Hometown Original Fresh Sausage Roll
 
1 tbsp. Butter
 
8 Eggs
 
1 tbsp. Milk
 
1/8 tsp. Salt
 
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Directions
1.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.

In a medium bowl, beat 4 eggs until blended. Stir in 2 tablespoons of milk, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it cook undisturbed for about 30 seconds, then gently stir.

When the eggs are about halfway set, stir in 1/2 cup of cooked, crumbled Smithfield Fresh Breakfast Sausage.
5.
Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set—soft and fluffy, not dry.
6.
Remove from heat and let rest for a minute to finish setting.
7.
Serve warm with toast or wrapped in a tortilla for a quick breakfast on the go.
