Mixed small salad tomatoes, cut in half

Feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup
1/4 cup
Fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
Fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
Red wine vinegar
1/4 cup
1/3 cup
Extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup

Directions


  1. Heat a grill to medium-high heat

  2. Combine all ingredients other than the pork in a large mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve

  3. Grill the butterflied loin for about 7-9 minutes per side, turning occasionally, or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees is reached

  4. Remove the tenderloin from the grill and allow to rest for 8-10 minutes

  5. To serve: slice the tenderloin into medium-thin slices, mix the salad again and transfer to a large rimmed
