Heat a grill pan or medium sauté pan over high heat, then grill the ham steak on both sides until lightly browned and warmed through.
In a small bowl, smash the avocado, keeping it slightly chunky, then mix in lime juice, red pepper flakes, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To serve, place the grilled ham steak on a plate and layer with sliced tomato, the smashed avocado mixture, and bacon.
Finish by garnishing with cheese and torn basil, then drizzle with olive oil.
