Directions

Preheat oven to 325 ˚F.

Remove packaging from ham, including glaze packet.
3.
Place ham face down in large roasting pan.
4.
Add sliced sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, and cracked pomegranates.
5.
Add ½ inch of water to pan, then tightly cover pan with aluminum foil.
6.
Cook ham for 14-16 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature is 120 ˚F. Total cook time will vary by weight.
7.
Remove ham from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before glazing.
8.
Gently massage the glaze packet to blend the contents. Then, cut one corner of the packet.
9.
Squeeze the glaze evenly over the top of the ham. If desired, use a knife or brush to spread the glaze between the slices. Allow the glaze to melt into the ham before serving.
