Ingredients
Gather Ingredients from the list below 3 scallions, thinly sliced 2 garlic cloves, finely grated 2 teaspoons ginger, grated 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil 1 teaspoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 10 square wonton wrappers 2 tablespoons neutral oil 1/2 cup bone broth, divided chili crisp and sweet soy sauce, optional
Gather Ingredients from the list below
Directions
1.
Prepare the pork mixture: add Smithfield Ground Pork, scallions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and black pepper to a medium bowl. Mix gently until everything is combined.
2.
Divide the pork mixture into 20 portions, about 1 heaping tablespoon each.
3.
Heat the pan over medium-high heat with a neutral oil. Working in two batches, arrange 10 portions of the pork mixture in the skillet, leaving space between them. Brown for 3 minutes.
4.
Place one wonton wrapper directly over each pork mixture portion. Press gently so the wrapper sticks to the pork.
5.
Carefully pour bone broth around the dumplings and immediately cover the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium and steam for 5 minutes.
6.
Transfer the finished dumplings to a plate & repeat with the remain 10 balls of the pork mixture.
7.
Top with sliced scallions, chili crisp & sweet soy sauce. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
