Preheat your oven to 350 ˚F.
Wrap ribs in foil and placed on a parchment lined baking sheet
Place the ribs in the oven for 2 hours or until ribs reach an internal temperature of 190 ˚F, or are fall-off-the-bone tender.
Cut onion in half, placing both halves onto the grill with desired amount of whole shishito peppers.
Remove the ribs from the foil and grill them for 15-20 minutes, with shishito’s and onion if desired, adding sauce to ribs and turning intermittently, or until preferred doneness.
