- 3/4 cup(s) Sabra caponata (eggplant spread)3/4 cup(s)
- 1/4 cup(s) Sunburst tomatoes, halved1/4 cup(s)
- 1/4 cup(s) Grape tomatoes, halved1/4 cup(s)
- 1/4 cup(s) Red onions, peeled, sliced1/4 cup(s)
- 3 oz. Feta cheese3 oz.
- 1/4 cup(s) Arugula1/4 cup(s)
Instructions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Place flatbread on an ungreased baking sheet.
Spread the caponata evenly over the flatbread.
Top with tomatoes, onions, ham strips and feta cheese.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top with fresh arugula; cut into 6 pieces.
