Ingredients
Gather Ingredients from the list below 1 lb. Chicken tenderloins, cut diagonally 1 tsp. Smoked paprika 1 tsp. Garlic powder 1/2 tsp. Onion powder 1/2 tsp. Black pepper 1 tbsp. Olive oil 1/4 cup Mike's Original Hot Honey
Gather Ingredients from the list below
1 Package Smithfield Mike's Hot Honey Bacon
Directions
1.
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and set it aside.
2.
Remove the chicken from its packaging and place it on a clean surface. Pat it dry with a paper towel.
3.
Trim any excess fat. If using chicken breasts, slice them into tender-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
4.
Add the dry ingredients and olive oil to the bowl. Toss the chicken until evenly coated.
5.
Open the bacon package. Wrap one slice of bacon around each chicken tender, spiraling as you go. Use toothpicks to secure if needed.
6.
If the tenders are large, use two slices of bacon per piece.
7.
Arrange the bacon-wrapped tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
8.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
9.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter.
10.
Serve with Mike’s Original Hot Honey on the side for dipping.
