1 lb. Signature Fresh Ground Pork 80/20
 
1 medium onion, chopped
 
8 oz. tomatoes (pasta ready)
 
8 oz. tomato sauce
 
1 small yellow squash, sliced in half moons
 
1 1/2 cups Penne pasta
Directions
1.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2.
Add the pork and onion to the skillet; cook and stir until evenly browned.
3.
Stir in the tomatoes and tomato sauce; bring the mixture to a boil.
4.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
5.
Stir in the squash and pasta.
6.
Cook for 2 to 5 minutes, or until heated through.
