Directions

Remove fresh pork loin filets from packaging.
2.
On a skillet over medium high heat, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sear each slice of pork filets until browned on each side, then set aside.

To prepare the veggies, steam the bok choy and shredded carrots in a strainer over boiling water for 5 minutes. Once softened, season with salt and pepper.

Add over sticky rice, top with sliced green onions, fresh radish, and chili crunch to your liking.

Garnish with sesame seeds as desired.
