Ingredients
- 1 pound Smithfield Hot Roll Sausage1 pound
- 2 cups Baking mix2 cups
- 4 ounces Canned pimentos, drained4 ounces
- 1 cup Pepper jack cheese, shredded1 cup
- 8 ounces Hot pepper jelly8 ounces
- 16 ounces Whipped cream cheese16 ounces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer on low, combine the sausage, baking mix, pimentos, and pepper jack cheese until fully incorporated
Form the mixture into 24 evenly sized balls
Bake the balls for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown
Combine the cream cheese and pepper jelly, reserve
Serve warm with a side bowl of the cream cheese spread, or allow to cool completely and store in an airtight container until ready to serve
