Ingredients
- 24 ounces Smithfield Hometown Original Thick Cut Bacon, diced24 ounces
- 2 cups Oyster crackers 2 cups
- 2 cups Chow mein noodles 2 cups
- 1 cup Dry roasted peanuts1 cup
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix1 packet
- 1 stick Unsalted butter, melted1 stick
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Render the bacon in a large pan over medium-high heat until crispy
Drain the bacon on paper towels
Combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and ranch seasoning in a large mixing bowl
Combine all the remaining ingredients, including the bacon, and toss well to combine
Spread the snack mix onto lined baking sheets and bake for about 15 minutes, turning at least once during the cooking, or until golden brown and fragrant
Allow the mix to cool completely to room temperature, and store in an airtight container until ready to serve
