Sweet Teriyaki Marinated Fresh Pork TenderloinDirections
1.
Cook pork according to package. When there are 15 minutes left, begin to cook edamame.
2.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the frozen edamame and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until tender. When done, drain the edamame and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
3.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar until combined.
4.
Heat the toasted sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the edamame and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
5.
Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for about 1 minute, stirring frequently.
6.
Pour the teriyaki mixture over the edamame. Toss and cook for 1–2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly and evenly coats the edamame.
7.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste and top with sesame seeds.
8.
Transfer the sweet teriyaki edamame to a serving platter or divide among plates and top with Smithfield Sweet Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin.
