One of the easiest ways to pack your pork with flavor, a good rub can make a good meal great. Just pick out your preferred combination of dried herbs and spices and mix them up in a small bowl. Dry rubs have no liquid so you’ll have to rub and press them into the meat, making the flavor stick and seep in. You can do it just before cooking or up to an hour or two before.
