Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray 8 jumbo muffin cups or 6-ounce custard cups with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat for about 4 minutes, turning once, until cooked but not crisp. It will finish cooking in the oven.
Separate the dough into 8 biscuits and press one into each prepared cup, molding the dough about three-quarters of the way up the sides.
Place 2 slices of bacon into each biscuit cup, then crack an egg over each one. Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce if desired.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking.
Run a table knife around the edges to loosen the biscuit cups, then serve immediately.
