Swiss cheese, shredded

Half and half
1/4 cup
2 tablespoons
Fresh tarragon, minced

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray 8 muffin cups with pan release
Whisk together the eggs, half and half, cheese, and tarragon and pour evenly into each of the cups
Place an even amount of the crumbled Homestyle Power Bites into each cup
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until set and golden brown
Remove the quiches from the cups and transfer to a platter
Serve immediately
