  • 1 Medium Onion, Chopped1

  • 15 Ounce Can Low-Salt Chicken Broth15 Ounce Can
  • 14 1/2 Ounces Diced Tomatoes, Undrained14 1/2 Ounces
  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Baby Lima Beans1 1/2 Cups
  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Whole Kernel Corn1 1/2 Cups
  • 1 1/2 Cups Barbecue Sauce1 1/2 Cups

Instructions


  1. Combine pork and remaining ingredients in 4- to 5-quart slow cooker.

  2. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.

  3. Remove pork and shred with 2 forks; return to slow cooker. Serve in bowls.
