Ham, Arugula & Brie Sandwich

1/2 lb. Prime Fresh Smoked Ham
 
1 French baguette
 
1 cup Arugula
 
8 oz. Creamy brie, sliced into 8 pieces

Mustard Aioli

 
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
 
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
 
1 tsp. Honey
 
2 cloves Garlic, minced
 
1/4 tsp. Salt
 
1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper
Directions
1.
Slice the brie and let it sit at room temperature to soften for 10 minutes.

For the aioli, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined; set aside.
3.
Cut the baguette in half crosswise, then slice each half lengthwise to create sandwich halves.
4.
Spread the mustard aioli generously on the bottom half of each baguette section, then layer four slices of ham on each, allowing them to overlap slightly.
5.
Add four pieces of brie over the ham, season with salt and pepper if desired, and top with half a cup of arugula.
6.
Cover with the top half of the baguette, press gently, and serve.
