In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, teriyaki, sriracha, sesame oil, and chives, reserve
Slice the ham slices in half, drain the pineapple, and cut the rings in half as well
Heat a large sauté pan or griddle over medium high heat, add the ham slices and lightly brown, heating through
Remove the ham slices from the pan and add the halved pineapple rings, browning slightly, and remove
Toast the slider rolls under a broiler or in a toaster oven
To assemble: dress both top and bottom of the rolls with the spicy teriyaki mayonnaise, place two slices of ham on the bottom half, top with one half slice of pineapple ring, and top with the top of the roll
Serve warm
