Spicy Teriyaki Aioli

1/2 cup
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
2 tbsps.
Teriyaki sauce
2 tbsps.
1 tbsp.
Sriracha
1 tbsp.
1/2 tsp.
Sesame oil
1/2 tsp.
1 tbsp.
Fresh chives
1 tbsp.

Directions


  1. Prepare the Aioli: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, and chives; then set aside.

  2. Slice the ham slices in half, drain the pineapple rings, and cut each ring in half.

  3. Heat: Heat a large sauté pan or griddle over medium-high heat; add the ham slices and lightly brown them, heating through.

  4. Remove the ham slices from the pan and add the halved pineapple rings; brown them slightly, then remove from the pan.

  5. Toast the slider rolls under a broiler or in a toaster oven until lightly golden.

  6. Assemble: Spread the spicy teriyaki mayonnaise on both the top and bottom halves of each roll.

  7. Place two slices of ham on the bottom half of each roll, then top with one half-slice of pineapple ring.

  8. Finish by placing the top half of the roll on each slider.

  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
