Egg Salad

16 oz. Anytime Favorites Honey Cured Boneless Sliced Quarter Ham
 
8 Hard-broiled eggs, diced
 
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
 
1 tbsp. Yellow mustard
 
2 tbsps. Sweet pickle relish

Club Sandwich

 
12 slices Multi grain bread, toasted
 
1/2 lb. Havarti cheese, sliced
 
8 leaves Green leaf lettuce
 
1/2 cup Sweet onion, sliced thin
 
8 slices Tomato, sliced thin
Directions
1.
Egg Salad: In a small mixing bowl, combine the eggs with the mayonnaise, mustard, and relish; set aside.
2.
Gently heat the ham in a large skillet over medium heat until just warmed through.
3.
Club Sandwiches: place an even amount of egg salad on 4 slices of toast, then top each with 2 leaves of lettuce and another slice of toast.
4.
Add 2 slices of tomato, 1 piece of ham, and some onion on top of the second slice of toast, then finish with the remaining slices of toast.
5.
Insert 4 toothpicks into each sandwich—one at the top, bottom, and both sides—then cut each sandwich into triangles and serve. Enjoy!
