Directions

Egg Salad: In a small mixing bowl, combine the eggs with the mayonnaise, mustard, and relish; set aside.

Gently heat the ham in a large skillet over medium heat until just warmed through.

Club Sandwiches: place an even amount of egg salad on 4 slices of toast, then top each with 2 leaves of lettuce and another slice of toast.

Add 2 slices of tomato, 1 piece of ham, and some onion on top of the second slice of toast, then finish with the remaining slices of toast.
5.
Insert 4 toothpicks into each sandwich—one at the top, bottom, and both sides—then cut each sandwich into triangles and serve. Enjoy!
