Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat, and render the bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels, reserving about 2 tablespoons of the rendered fat.
Combine all ingredients, including the reserved bacon fat, in a large mixing bowl, and toss to combine.
Place in an air fryer, set to 400 degrees, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring at least once during the cooking time.
Serve hot and enjoy!
