Smithfield Premium Maple Thick Cut Bacon

Sweet potato, peeled and diced

Fuji apple, cored and diced

Yellow onion, finely diced

Red bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 cup
2 tablespoons
Fresh sage, minced
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Fresh rosemary, minced
1 tablespoon
Directions
Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat, and render the bacon until crispy, drain on pepper towels, reserving about 2 tablespoons of the rendered fat
Combine all ingredients, including the reserved bacon fat, in a large mixing bowl, and toss to combine
Place in an air fryer, set to 400 degrees, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring at least once during the cooking time
Serve hot
