Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.
Separate the strips of bacon and lay them out flat in a single layer on a lightly sprayed, foil-lined rimmed baking pan, gently stretching each strip by an inch or two.
3.
Bake the bacon for 10–12 minutes, or until it begins to curl and the edges are just starting to crisp, rotating the pan halfway through cooking.
4.
Remove the bacon from the pan with a spatula while it is still warm, drain briefly on absorbent paper, and set aside.
5.
Cut each bacon slice in half crosswise.
6.
Tightly wrap each half-slice of bacon around a marshmallow and secure it with a skewer or roasting stick.
7.
Roast the marshmallows over a campfire until they are toasty brown on the edges, being careful not to burn or ignite them.
8.
Immediately sandwich each roasted marshmallow between two graham crackers with a piece of chocolate and enjoy while hot from the fire.
