Heat a large sauté pan or griddle over medium-high heat, add the ham steak and lightly brown on both sides, heating through
Meanwhile combine the glaze packet, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and creole seasoning in a small mixing bowl, and reserve
Place beans, onion powder, garlic powder, and chipotle powder in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil
Reduce heat to a simmer
When the ham is fully heated, cover with the glaze mixture and bring to a boil
Remove the ham from the glaze, transfer to a large platter, and reduce the glaze by 1/2 then pour over the ham
Transfer the beans to a serving bowl and serve both hot
