Heat a grill to medium-high heat
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, shallot, oregano, cilantro, and black pepper until combined, reserve
Pour the mixture over the ham steak, turning to coat, and allow to marinate for about 10 minutes
Grill the ham for about 3 minutes per side, gently moving the ham while cooking to avoid burning
Serve the ham on a large platter with black beans and steamed rice on the side
