Ingredients
- 1 package Hickory Smoked Bone-In Pork Chops1 package
- 1/4 cup Hot honey1/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar 2 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- 2 teaspoons Sesame oil2 teaspoons
- 2 teaspoons Sesame seeds2 teaspoons
- 1/4 cup Scallions, sliced thin1/4 cup
Instructions
Prepare grill to medium-high heat
While the grill is heating, combine the hot honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil
Grill the chops for approximately 3 minutes per side, or until heated through, basting with the glaze, allowing the chops to caramelize slightly
Remove from the grill, place on a platter, and garnish with the sesame seeds and scallions
