Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil, and sear the ham for about 3 minutes per side
Remove the ham to a serving platter and add the apples, onions, and cinnamon to the pan and sauté until tender
Add the apple crisp glaze to the apple and onion mixture and toss to coat
Place the ham back in the skillet and serve immediately
