Gather Ingredients from the list below
2 slices per cone Thick Cut Bacon
Directions
1.
Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2.
Completely wrap sugar cones in pieces of foil and lightly spray them with cooking spray. (Tip: You can skip the spray by using non-stick foil instead.)
3.
Place the bacon-wrapped cones point-side up on the wire rack and bake for 23–25 minutes, or until the bacon reaches your desired level of crispness. Let them cool for 3–5 minutes.
4.
Carefully twist and pull the cooked Bacon(e)s away from the foil-wrapped cones.
5.
Microwave chocolate on high in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted.
6.
Once melted, coat the inside and dip the outer rim of each Bacon(e) with chocolate. Then, dip the rim into red, white, and blue sprinkles.
7.
Let the chocolate set for 10–20 minutes, then top each Bacon(e) with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
8.
Share the Bacon(e)s with the bacon and dessert fanatics in your life—or keep them all for yourself!
